Incorporated June 10, 1996, as a non-profit organization under Texas Laws; and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c3) tax exempt organization. The specific purposes under our charter include:
1) To proclaim the Gospel and to win people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ by every means available, to wit: to practice and teach private and united prayer and worship; to teach the Holy Bible so as to encourage the reading and study thereof; to distribute Christian booklets, tracts, literature, and teaching aids; and to practice and teach benevolence.
2) To promote the health, social welfare, education, religious training and character development of all persons associated with or who come in contact with the corporation.
Our By-Laws state: “The purpose of this Corporation is to preach and teach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, to provide and distribute the Holy Bible or portions thereof, together with religious booklets, writings, and teaching aids pertaining to the Word of God, to train people in propagation of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and other purposes as set forth in the Charter of the Corporation.”
